General
We aim to provide a top service at the best price. To do this we reserve the
right to change our policies at any time. We encourage you to check our website
regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
Returns policy for Australia and New Zealand only.
Privacy
The information you provide us through our website, email, ordering and via
credit card agency reports is used for business purposes only, and is not disclosed
to any third party.
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Australian
Federal Privacy Act 1998 and the Privacy Amendment (private sector) Act 2000.

Security
Your security is our priority.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of personal information
we hold.
There is no guarantee of total security when data is transmitted to or from
us via the internet. Accordingly, we cannot accept responsibility for the security
of information you send, or receive from us on the internet.
Credit card SSL security
We currently do not accept credit cards.

Payment
Our preferred method of payment is by EFT.
Goods will be sent once transaction is registered in our account, or when cheque
is cleared by bank.
Prices
It is our policy to provide quality goods at the lowest prices. Please give
us the opportunity to match or better any genuine Australian published price.

All prices are in Australian dollars, and include 10% GST. Freight costs are additional and also include 10% GST. NZ customers will not
be charged the GST. If we are shipping outside Australia many countries charge
duty at the point of entry. These will be collected according to your government
policies.
A tax invoice will be enclosed with the goods.
Delivery
We aim to send your goods within 24 hrs of receiving clearance of payment.
Within Australia expect goods to arrive from 1-3 days after shipping. We use
Australia Post and Air Express couriers.
If you are not at the delivery address when goods arrive , they may be collected
from locations determined by the carrier. Australia Post goods can be collected
from the local post office. Couriers may have to deliver at a later time, and
may leave a card advising you of this. Please give a delivery address where
you will be during business hours.
We package goods to ensure reasonable security from damage in transit. You
may choose to insure your goods.
If goods do not arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, please notify us
at admin@smartbuyer.com.au so that we can try and rectify the situation.
Shipping
Australia Post anywhere in Australia expect 1-3 days
Air Express capital/regional city in Australia 1-2 days
Country Australia 2-3 days
Registered Airmail New Zealand 2-7 days

Returns
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us, you may return
and obtain a refund of the price of the product returned if you contact us within
7 working days from delivery of the product to you. Please carefully check specification
and compatibility with your requirements prior to purchasing.
Returned products must be in unopened re-sealable condition. We will refund
the product price.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the
first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch
new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned.
Before returning any product you must contact us at admin@smartbuyer.com.au
to make arrangements for the return.
Warranty
Warranties are offered by the importer, or manufacturer's representative,
not SmartBuyer. Warranty documents are enclosed with the product.
